Management of sustainable relations. Management successively has used different techniques. Those techniques were primarily based on the improvement of specific actions and accomplishing specific goals. This has made them rather dogmatic. The problem of this way of managing lies in the trick (you just do the trick and everything is solved) and the instability of it (this is not how I am, this does not suit me). Against Irony. On February 4, 2008, TALK acquired the piece of art 'Against Irony', made by the artistic research group EMPATHY™ featuring Vincent van Gerven Oei and Jonas Staal. The object consists of four stone slabs engraved with a text in Dutch. The text is an analysis of the use of irony in an artistic context.
